Tim Sell
Having experience with his own chronic neck issues Tim has a passion for healing deep chronic neck pain.
Also working with muscle chains and finding the root cause of issues, Tim is well versed in relieving hip and foot pain and discomfort. After playing state basketball for many years Tim developed a keen interest in the body and how to manage pain and dysfunction.
Standing at 6 foot 5, Tim can provide a deep but broad pressure to encourage the whole muscle to soften utilising techniques such as active release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilisation.
